Leaders must be able to embrace complexity and ambiguity. Leaders can solve the unsolvable. To be a leader you need empathy, compassion, and understanding. People need to know they can trust you. There needs to be trust, caring, and connection between you and those you are leading. Empowering others is the key to strong but human leaders.
We will immerse a cohort of Leadership Academy enrollees in an intense 12-week leadership development program, presented by faculty all of whom are seasoned experts in their respective fields. We create opportunities for participants to gain insight, and the program will challenge them to excel in the context of a high performing team. Leadership Academy utilizes a systems-thinking perspective to help candidates understand the types of complex organizational dynamics under which the best teams must operate. Graduates Leadership Academy will have been primed to support an institutional culture of leadership development that is sustainable within the organizational culture.
