Executive coaching involves a series of one-on-one conversations with a seasoned executive.

At heart, executive coaching is a partnership designed to deliver thought-provoking insight, feedback, and exploration that supports executives to perform at their peak potential. The end goal is to inspire executives to make positive shifts in their performance, derive more satisfaction and personal growth from their work, and impactful results.


Behavior change is the goal of most executive coaching. Historically, some people think of it as a last-ditch effort to rescue a failing executive. Although turnarounds are possible, more often the coach is being introduced too late in the game. Habits and relationships have too often calcified over many years, and the likelihood of success is much lower.


Many enlightened HR colleagues recognize that earlier is most effective. For example, calling in an executive coach before a large career step occurs, before a business needs to be turned around, or when a huge internal restructuring has changed the game.

Group Coaching Programs

Our group coaching programs are a hybrid of life coaching, group coaching and accountability coaching.


Our Group coaching programs consist of a large group of people broken up into small groups of three to five people who work together intimately and consistently. Group participants co-create a highly personal group conversation space – a synergy – which can lead them to overcome their challenges and to live the life they want, at work or in life. Tapping into the collective wisdom, excitement, and commitment of others, group coaching focuses on goal setting, deepening awareness around key issues, taking action, and accountability.


Have space to both receive and share wisdom from like-minded women and men working on similar goals.

Our group coaching programs provide priceless experience of being part of something bigger, something greater than yourself. Group coaching yields an incredible energy and collective wisdom that is different from one to one coaching and is cost effective 


Our Group coaching programs consist of a large group of people broken up into small groups of 7 to 10 people.. Group participants co-create a synergistic conversation that creates the environment for . Tapping into the collective wisdom, excitement, and commitment of others. 

Group coaching focuses on goal setting, deepening awareness around key issues, taking action, and accountability. 

By participating in group coaching, you will... Define a clear and measurable goal within the program theme and outline action steps to achieve it by program end. Gain insight and feedback on how your daily actions and attitude are sabotaging or promoting your success.

Embrace Your Greatness

An 8 week intensive engaging group coaching program designed to provide you with sustaining tools to engage your individual greatness.


What does individual greatness mean? Participants will journey to learn about individual greatness and build on their strengths through a program comprised of lecturettes (25%), small group sharing (25%), and interactive learning exercises (50%). Participants will create a personal development strategy and receive two 1:1 coaching sessions. Through coaching, peer accountability and personal commitment participants take significant action in moving their lives forward 


Each week participants get real life tools to embrace, sustain and create their individual greatness.   


As participants journey to build their greatness, they will meet twice a week, once a week with Aron for 60 minutes in a large group of up to 25 people and once in a smaller group - a pod of three to five people. The Pow Wow, our larger weekly meeting, is a dynamic, engaging, impactful reflection in which participants will receive tools to propel them to embrace what does this mean and augment their greatness. In their pods, participants will discuss implementation of the individual greatness tools and explore assigned weekly reflections, discuss quotes of the day, and navigate participants’ personal development goals.

POWER BOOSTER CALLS


Two days a week (Monday and Wednesday), participants will have 15 minute power booster calls.  Each of these days will be a call for inspiration, for action, and for gratitude.


Inspirational Mondays will explore what is within you, what inspires you, and how you see greatness within yourself. Mondays are all about embracing that you CAN become what you want to be. 


Let’s Make it Happen Wednesdays acknowledge that in the middle of our week, you may be tired and need to find a path to re-engage your power. You can’t row a boat by sitting idle in it, waiting for a whiff of motivation. Pick up an oar and paddle. Create momentum and move the boat forward. Let’s make it happen Wednesday!

Positive Intelligence 


Daily Practice

15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to build stronger mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage.

 

Weekly Focus

Weekly hour-long video delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel inspired and energized to practice during the week in order to sustain the benefits experienced during the video sessions.


Measurable Progress

You’ll feel motivated through instant feedback on exactly how much progress you’re making towards building the three core muscles of mental fitness. Brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging within eight weeks.

Week 1

Introduction

Principles, history and utilization of positive intelligence. Participants will develop a complete understanding of what positive intelligence is, its impact and the science.

Week 2

Self-Command Muscle

Through a breakthrough process called PQ Reps, you get to boost your Self-Command muscle. Each PQ Rep only takes 10 seconds and can be done with eyes open or closed. With each PQ Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.

Week 3-4

Saboteur Interceptor Muscle

You get to intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In preparation for this practice, you get to expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your Saboteurs, so they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you.

Week 5-7

Sage Muscle

You get to practice the Sage Perspective that every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift and opportunity. And you get to generate the gift through the 5 Sage Powers of Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate.


Mind Body and Spirit

The Mind Body Spirit Reset (MBSR) course is designed to stimulate and engage these critical pillars’ success. This course is a comprehensive integrated approach utilizing physical fitness, meditation, yoga, and success coaching to fuel your success. During this course, you will receive 90 days of individual and group coaching, small group physical fitness training, meditation/yoga, and general nutrition guidance, all from certified instructors and coaches.

POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE COACHING


As part of MSBR you will receive a hybrid of coaching.


Group coaching will focus on Positive Intelligence supporting students in increasing mental fitness and agility. Your coach will focus on supporting you to work your mental muscles.


PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient) measures the relative strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative muscles (Saboteur). PQ is the most widely used measure of mental fitness. Independent researchers have validated this measure to be the greatest predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform compared to your potential. During MBSR you will participate in nine group coaching sessions focused on debriefing the practice of increasing the strengthening of your mental muscles. You will have use of a daily mental fitness app to provide practical real time exercises that can be accomplished in 15 minutes per day. These exercises are guaranteed to support you in increasing the strength of your mental muscles.



FITNESS


Everyone can experience the health benefits of physical activity – age, abilities, ethnicity, shape or size do not matter. As part of MBSR, you receive virtual physical training two days a week with a certified personal trainer in a small group of no more than three other students. With fitness training, you will develop habits and practices consistent with a healthy lifestyle throughout the year. Some benefits you can expect include:

YOGA & MEDITATION


Yoga and meditation – a mind-body practice - is one of the oldest forms of complementary and integrative health approaches. Yoga brings together physical and mental disciplines that may help you achieve peacefulness of body and mind. This can help you relax and manage stress and anxiety.


As part of the MBSR program, you receive virtual instruction in meditation and yoga once a week in a small group of no more than six other students. All sessions will be interactive and will be conducted by a certified instructor.



NUTRITION


A plant-based diet supports your immune system. Plants have essential nutrients that you cannot get from other foods. The vitamins and minerals, photo-chemicals and antioxidants in plants help keep your cells healthy and your body in balance so that your immune system can function most efficiently.


Plants give your body what it needs to help fight off infection, and a plant based diet strengthens your immune system to protect you against germs and harmful microorganisms.
